EGEE NORMANDIE

EGEE (Understanding Between Generations for Employment and Enterprise) is an association founded in 1982 and recognized as being in the public interest. The 1,800 senior volunteers of EGEE have created a dynamic of solidarity throughout France. In practical terms, these former business leaders and executives, craftspeople, teachers and trainers now support young people, business creators, business successors, entrepreneurs in vulnerable situations and people facing difficulties and distant from employment. Our volunteers inform them, listen to them, advise them and mentor them to open the way to informed choices and help them master their procedures and professional journey, bounce back or reposition themselves.
