The EGEE association (Understanding Between Generations for Employment and Business) brings together volunteer retirees eager to pass on their know-how to the rising generations and contribute to business success. Our activities are built around three main missions: 1. Support young people in their career guidance and professional integration o Help with CV and cover letter writing o Coaching for job interviews o Mentoring and follow-up of young people in training 2. Support entrepreneurs and small businesses o Management and strategy consulting o Support for business creation o Training and mentoring for business leaders 3.
