We support young people, entrepreneurs, and those undergoing career changes or professional transitions. Our volunteers, exclusively retirees, inform, listen to, advise and mentor them to open the door to informed choices and help them master their procedures and professional journey, bounce back or reposition themselves. Because we are convinced that access to education, training and employment is at the heart of social and territorial cohesion, we work in three areas called the 3Es: Education, Employability, and Entrepreneurship.
