Solidarity Tie is a network of associations recognized for public benefit that works toward equal opportunities. Its objective is to combat employment discrimination, particularly that based on physical appearance. Since 2012 in Paris and throughout France since 2015, it supports people in vocational reinsertion toward the success of their professional projects. The mission of Solidarity Tie is above all to enable people in precarious situations to succeed in their interviews under the best conditions. Thus, restoring confidence and ensuring they understand the codes of the business world in a concrete and innovative way are part of our method. Additionally, we restore confidence through clothing by donating appropriate professional attire to the candidates we support.
