To organize and run educational activities for young people according to the principles and methods of scouting and secularism, as defined in the educational project of the federation of girl and boy scouts. The association is open to all, without distinction of background, origin or belief, provided that their views are compatible with scouting principles. The association is independent of any political or religious organization.
