The Girls and Boys Scouts of Nature are a scouting movement that integrates mindfulness practice and ecological education. The program includes activities approximately once a month, outdoor camps lasting 10 to 15 days, community engagement projects, biodiversity workshops, camping, mindfulness, responsible nutrition… and plenty of games. Learning is done through practice and aims above all to develop a sense of autonomy within a collective. Founded on fun and right action in society, the association aims for complete personal development of young people. The Girls and Boys Scouts of Nature follow nine elements of the scouting method: education through action, the team system, the law of the heart and the promise, life in nature, the adult/young person educational relationship, personal progression, the symbolic framework, community engagement and relationship with others. The movement is officially registered with state youth services, nationally accredited for Youth and Popular Education by the ministry, and officially recognized as being in the public interest. It is also a member of the French Scouting Federation.
