The Association of French Girl and Boy Scouts — EEDF or the Éclé·es — is a secular scouting movement recognized as being in the public interest, rooted in popular education, and officially accredited as a complementary association to public schools. Its democratic and collaborative functioning is built on three complementary levels — local, regional, and national — that ensure the coherence of the educational project and the vitality of the movement throughout the country. Thus, in the diversity of our groups, centers, and regions, we form a single and unified association, brought together by shared values and a common commitment: to promote secular scouting throughout France.
