The Échos-ci, Échos-là association is dedicated to artistic and cultural development in rural areas through cultural mediation in the fields of creative documentary film, photography, visual education, visual arts and theatre. In a permanent commitment to popular education, it seeks to promote demanding cultural projects that are accessible to all and fosters civic reflection and debates around social issues. Its mediation work enables all audiences to discover works and, crucially, to meet the artists. For the past 15 years, it has organized the Échos d'ici, Échos d'ailleurs documentary film festival in October, following in the footsteps of Christophe de Ponfilly, a privileged meeting place between filmmakers and the public, around themes that touch the heart of our personal and collective journeys.
