For 50 years, the E.S.A. and its volunteers have promoted academic success for all by supporting children whose parents are unable to help them or afford outside assistance due to lack of knowledge and financial means. The E.S.A.'s mission is to combat school failure with a commitment to equity. Our work reaches children from primary school through final year of secondary education. It is built on three pillars: - Personalized support for each child to restore their confidence and foster independence; - Raising parents' awareness of the importance of academic work; - Broadening their horizons through cultural outings.
