For 50 years, ESA and its volunteers have promoted educational success for all by supporting children whose parents cannot help them or afford to pay for tutoring due to lack of knowledge and financial means. Each year, 80,000 children leave the school system without a diploma. ESA's mission is to combat school failure with a commitment to equity. Based on the principle that all children deserve equal opportunity, it offers volunteer support to students whose parents cannot help them or afford to pay for tutoring due to lack of knowledge and financial means. Our work targets schoolchildren from primary through final secondary year. It is organized around three key areas: individualized support for each child to restore their confidence and foster independence; raising parental awareness of the importance of academic work; and broadening their horizons through cultural outings.
