Since 2006, the Destination Familles association has welcomed and supported children, adolescents, parents and more broadly the residents of Noailles and surrounding areas in various fields: educational, social, cultural and civic. Destination Familles is a place of global and unconditional welcome without criteria for categorizing people. People can come and multiple dimensions of their lives are taken into account. The absence of compartmentalization between the different components makes it a welcoming, dynamic place that is open to the neighborhood. It is founded on values of secularism, solidarity, sharing, popular education, tolerance, co-construction and benevolence that guide its daily work.
