The APF France handicap delegation in Haute-Garonne is located in the city of Toulouse. It has existed since 1984 and continues to develop. The missions of APF France handicap are to welcome and support people with disabilities with or without associated conditions and their families, to combat discrimination, to fight isolation and to strengthen links between association members. We also campaign for accessibility for all, for obtaining decent income, for access to healthcare, and for better access to rights (compensation benefits, etc.). The APF France handicap Haute-Garonne delegation currently has over 350 members, 120 volunteers, 8 employees and 3 civil service volunteers.
