DÉCLICS has been offering a training space dedicated to learning the French language and foundational knowledge for everyone since 1989. Our activities (weekly workshops devoted to learning French as a Foreign Language and combating illiteracy, discovery of cultural venues, workshops focused on digital tool training as well as rights recognition applications...) aim to combat exclusion, strengthen social bonds, promote the integration of migrants, increase access to rights for all, and encourage access to culture. We benefit from support from the State, the Nouvelle Aquitaine Region, the Department, the Greater Angoulême agglomeration community and the city of Angoulême, and we are QUALIOPI certified.
