Behind every missing data point, there is a voice that goes unheard. Data4Women collects, analyzes, and leverages data to enable women to fully occupy spaces of public decision-making. Data4Women is an independent, non-partisan NGO headquartered in Paris. Operating in both France and internationally, it mobilizes data to strengthen women's political participation and influence public policy, alongside organizations defending women's rights. Rooted in Data Feminism, the organization addresses statistical gender gaps, thereby revealing the mechanisms that perpetuate women's invisibility and obscure the barriers to their political engagement. Its work is organized around three strategic pillars: (1) Don't be afraid of numbers—developing a data culture within women's organizations so they can harness it at the heart of their democratic struggles; (2) Produce what is missing—collect and analyze data on women and political life where it is lacking, in France and internationally; (3) Act through data—transform figures into concrete tools and advocacy levers to influence public policy.
