D'ICI OU D'AILLEURS - RENNES

DIDA: a bridge between exiled people and Rennes residents. DIDA offers French language workshops and cultural, artistic, and sporting activities to exiled people. It also supports them in their daily life. Founded in June 2016, the association From Here or From Elsewhere (DIDA) aims to promote the flourishing of exiled people in the Rennes metropolitan area. The association offers friendly gatherings and meeting opportunities, support in learning the French language, varied activities throughout the week, and assistance in navigating all daily challenges. Our activities aim to contribute to the integration of those concerned into the city and to foster solidarity among its residents. The association is committed to the principle of reciprocity in interpersonal exchange, in helping relationships, and in learning relationships. We believe that everyone has something to offer others, regardless of their history, culture, or life journey. We fight against social exclusion and the marginalization of foreign people.
