COMITE DES FETES DE DOULON NANTES-EST

1 mission available

The creation of the carnival float required rigorous organization and collaborative work. Initially, the theme of the float was chosen collectively to define the atmosphere, colors, and decorative elements. Sketches and a list of necessary materials were then developed. The organization relied on a division of tasks: design and structure of the float, creation of decorations, painting and finishing, logistics and safety. The implementation phase began with the construction of the float's base, followed by the assembly of various decorative elements. The materials used (cardboard, wood, papier-mâché, paint, fabrics) were selected for their lightness and durability. Throughout the project, coordination sessions allowed adjustments to the work, adherence to the schedule, and consistency in the float's visual appearance. Finally, the final stages were devoted to finishing touches, stability verification, and installation of final decorations, in order to achieve a float that was aesthetically pleasing, secure, and true to the carnival theme.
