The CLSE — Collective for Social and Environmental Struggles — was established as an association on September 15, 2022 to help bring social and environmental issues of overseas territories into public debate. Our primary mission is to organize the first summit of social and environmental struggles in the overseas territories, "the LAKOU summit," which is intended to be held annually.
