Our nonprofit association operates across three main activity areas: dance (street dance, contemporary dance), fitness and wellness (gentle exercise, back care, pilates, cardio, cardio-dance, stretching, yoga, wellness and back care, and judo for children) and creative and cultural activities (sculpture, copper enameling, porcelain painting, pottery, English, and vocal workshops). We offer 49 activities per week, with 15 instructors (7 employees, 8 external service providers) and 1 part-time secretary. The activities are open to all audiences (except judo, which is reserved for children aged 4 to 12). For the 2025-2026 fiscal year, Cercle laïque Poitevin has 604 members, 759 activity participants (one member may participate in multiple activities), and approximately 230,000 euros in revenue (from activity fees and subsidies).
