The social center is located in a politically designated neighborhood of the city, the Hauts de Rouen. With a multi-generational mission, it welcomes young children (20 childcare places), children in after-school care and Wednesday leisure centers with CLAS program, academic support, adult activity programs: writing workshops, sewing, Frip'occase, world cuisine, literacy classes, current events café, computer training, eco-apartment, community garden, neighborhood events (summer festival, Christmas...), senior club, AMAP.
