To participate in animating local life by promoting live performances and organizing all other forms of cooperation with local stakeholders; to ensure the promotion and social integration of people, particularly the most disadvantaged; to contribute to their civic, cultural and family education, while ensuring respect for the principles of action that founded popular education movements (principle of secularism, collective construction) and those that guide the project of Social and Cultural Centers (respect for human dignity, the principle of solidarity, democratic experience).
