A neighborhood association managed by and for residents of Duchère, which implements a project to animate the social life of the district; to welcome all members of the public; to serve the entire population, from young children to elderly people, without distinction of origin, opinion or social situation; to be based on a dynamic of mobilizing residents and on social interventions enabling residents to participate in: the improvement of their living conditions through services and activities responding to local needs, the development of education, culture and citizenship, the strengthening of solidarity and neighborly relations, the prevention and reduction of exclusion, through a comprehensive approach adapted to the social problems of the territory, in constant evolution.
