The CAUSSES COMPOST association raises awareness, supports, and informs individuals, institutions, and local authorities about local composting. "Promoting, developing, and implementing the reduction, sorting, and recovery of food waste, in a spirit of sharing and respect for living things" — these are the values of Causses Compost. Beyond deploying local composting among residents of the Millau Grands Causses inter-municipal community, the association's project also aims to support private establishments in managing their food waste and to pilot a bicycle collection scheme for restaurant food waste with local recovery.
