CAPSAAA = "CAP" for "handi-CAP," "CAP or no CAP," and Paris "the CAPital" + S for Sport + 3A for Adventure, Art and Friendship. CAPSAAA is a wheelchair rugby and wheelchair basketball sports club. Sport is used as a universal medium for exchange and becomes a pedagogical tool for changing mindsets. Capsaaa conducts awareness-raising activities in businesses, schools, and prisons. Capsaaa runs the EDUCAP CITY program, a tour of France for CITIZENSHIP whose final event is on June 20 in Paris.
