C'Possible has been committed for nearly 16 years to preventing school dropout in vocational and technological secondary schools. Our mission primarily aims to: - restore confidence in these young people: kindness, listening, trust-building and rigor are essential when working with often demotivated youth, - provide them with reference points about life in society, their environment, and the business world, - help them define their professional project by revealing their own potential, which they may not be fully aware of. To achieve this, we offer in partnership with teaching teams: - workshops on business landmarks, culture, and values. - mentoring and individual support for volunteer students identified by the school who are seeking guidance and lack confidence, to help them build their professional project.
