The association known as C'Possible, established in 2008 (under the French law of 1901 for non-profit organizations), is an association of volunteers committed to supporting young people, primarily aged 16 to 20, often from disadvantaged backgrounds, with the aim of helping them prepare more effectively for their future entry into professional life. The association, which currently operates in numerous vocational and technical secondary schools across five regional education districts, is expected to gradually expand to the national level. This support program is built on two pillars: 1° Providing guidance: - Contributing to a better understanding of how businesses operate and their expectations, - Facilitating access to culture, - And raising awareness of fundamental societal values. 2° Finding one's path: - Supporting young people at risk of dropping out of school by identifying with each of them a professional pathway likely to sustainably re-motivate them through concrete work experience (internships, etc.).
