Support association for parents of children with disabilities or illness, Bulle was founded in Roubaix in 2021 by a family affected by the disability of their three children. The observation: too many parents supporting a child with a disability or illness find themselves alone, exhausted, with no space to rest and meet with others. Bulle is a genuinely warm home where parents find listening, support and connection with other parents living through the same experience. A place created by parent caregivers, for parent caregivers. In June 2026, Bulle opens its doors to the public with regular welcome sessions, support groups, workshops, personalized accompaniment and a dedicated space for children so their parents can truly take a break. To bring this place to life, we need you. At Bulle, we believe that meeting between parent caregivers and engaged citizens is precious, for both. Whether you wish to welcome parents, lead friendly gatherings or support the children, becoming a volunteer at Bulle means opening yourself to a reality that we often know little about, and contributing to a more inclusive society.
