BE AND – Building Together with Our Diversity is a non-profit association established under French law in 2018. Our mission is to combat exclusion and improve living conditions for isolated individuals (young people, job seekers, students, elderly people, etc.), notably through: Economic integration through construction and building trades training in manual trades (electrical work, plumbing, finishing work, etc.) on-site socio-professional support Our team consists of: A salaried technical supervisor Technicians on work-study programs or subsidized contracts Qualified volunteers Board members (president, treasurer) Our registration on this platform aims to: Promote our actions to the public Create partnerships with other community organizations Recruit volunteers or sponsors Promote popular education, solidarity and training initiatives We regularly organize participatory work projects, vocational discovery workshops, and collective awareness-raising activities focused on employment integration and eco-renovation.
