Since 1965 in Besançon, ASEP is a sports, social and cultural association for popular education that works to provide everyone with access to emancipatory leisure activities in the fields of physical activity, culture, arts and knowledge. It also offers young people opportunities for sharing, discovery and meeting that will help them grow. Finally, it aims to be an accessible and committed venue for grassroots social engagement in the Chaprais-Cras-Viotte neighborhoods.
