The ARCS (Rennes Association of Social Centers) encompasses 6 social centers located in the heart of Rennes neighborhoods: Carrefour 18, Champs Manceaux, Cleunay, Ker Yann, Maurepas, and Ty-Blosne. These are welcoming spaces, community hubs and meeting places, open to everyone where you can participate in activities and social gatherings, arrange childcare, receive support and guidance, get involved, and more. With us, everything is done BY and WITH the residents. You have the power to make suggestions, take action, and make decisions. We are here to welcome you, guide you, and support you. Our mission: to improve daily life and foster community cohesion among residents in our neighborhoods and throughout the city.
