P.O.N.T. Association is a young organization born from the initiative of residents of Deshaies seeking to address a growing need: supporting people struggling with digital technology. Made up exclusively of volunteers, the association offers compassionate support on a human scale, without replacing existing institutional services, but complementing them in a concrete and accessible way. Our mission is to combat digital exclusion by providing regular, local, and tailored digital support for all audiences: seniors, adults, young people, families, isolated or vulnerable individuals. To this end, we offer several types of activities: Collective digital workshops: digital basics, email, online procedures, security, smartphone use, etc. Individual sessions: administrative assistance, personalized support, problem-solving, support with essential procedures. Youth and after-school activities (ongoing project): discovery workshops, academic support, digital tool education.
