Maurepas Entraide is an association with the following objectives: to develop activities of a social, convivial and solidarity nature in Maurepas, to provide educational support, various workshops and leisure activities, and to offer written and oral French language classes for adults. We are looking for volunteers willing to commit to our educational support initiatives (Local Educational Support Scheme – CLAS) and French language learning programmes (Sociolinguistic Workshops – ASL), as well as to lead themed workshops within our community centre. To strengthen our team, we are seeking individuals ready to invest their time in: • Supporting children and teenagers with homework and helping them acquire effective study methods, encouraging self-confidence and motivation in their studies, • Supporting adults in learning French to help them achieve greater independence in their daily lives, • Running or proposing various workshops at our community centre (sewing, painting, cooking, etc.). No particular teaching qualifications are required: patience, kindness and a desire to share knowledge are the essential qualities.
