ASSOCIATION FAMILIALE DE LA CHAPELLE-SAINT-LUC ET ENVIRONS

The Family Association established itself in the "Montvilliers-Chantereigne" neighborhood in 1969 at the time of the construction of large apartment buildings in order to meet the needs of families moving into the new apartments. In partnership with local elected officials, Mon Logis, financial and real estate organizations, and the volunteers of the Family Association worked to obtain the creation of a bus line, a daycare center, and telephone installation. They created a buying cooperative, organized family weekends, and more. Over the years, the Association has multiplied and diversified its actions in favor of residents, and today we have 4 main areas of activity: - A clothing depot that serves as an insertion workshop (in the fashion field) - Sociolinguistic workshops - Clothing exchanges - Educational support with welcoming primary and middle school children (between 70 and 80 children per year)
