- Transmit Republican values and those of the National Gendarmerie - Develop civic awareness and citizenship - Promote cohesion, teamwork and solidarity - Introduce members to the missions and professional environment of the National Gendarmerie - Encourage civic engagement and guidance toward careers in security Our association operates in coordination with the General Directorate of the National Gendarmerie, specifically the Command of Gendarmerie Reserves and Youth (CRGJ), and with the commander of the Departmental Gendarmerie Groupment of Manche, in terms of ethics, pedagogy delivered, and program content. Throughout the year, a solidarity initiative called "SOCIAL CHALLENGE" will be conducted by cadets under the direction of the association's officers. Each member will sell a certain number of association cadet badges, with proceeds going to support HEBE, an association that assists struggling adolescents and is based at the St Lo Hospital Center.
