Le CLIP (Club Informatique Pénitentiaire) est une association à but non lucratif (loi 1901) créée en 1985. Elle est reconnue d’intérêt général. Sa mission est d’initier ou de former des personnes placées sous main de justice (PPSMJ) aux usages de l’informatique dans une perspective de réinsertion. Composé d’environ 400 bénévoles, le CLIP est présent dans près de 80 établissements pénitentiaires
