Association Banlieue Femme

Banlieue Femme is a feminist and inclusive association that celebrates women from working-class neighborhoods and diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Our objective is to create spaces for dialogue, solidarity, and opportunity so that every woman can assert herself, develop her potential, and find her place. Our work is built around three pillars: Empowerment and autonomy: supporting women in their personal and professional journeys. Inclusion and equality: promoting access to rights, employment, and training. Recognition and sisterhood: highlighting talents and achievements while strengthening bonds between women. Through its projects, Banlieue Femme advocates for a feminism that is accessible to all, one that acknowledges the diversity of individual paths and life experiences. Our conviction: together, women are a force for transforming society.
