One Basket for One Student is an association that fights against student food insecurity and social precarity, enabling students to pursue their studies with peace of mind by relying on citizen solidarity. We connect one family or citizen with one student in the same city in order to support them. The mentor commits to regularly buying groceries for their student and builds a social bond (moral support, shared leisure activities, networking opportunities...). Two key factors for academic success! The basket is a symbol—it contains groceries but much more than that. Inside there can be a conversation over coffee, an invitation to lunch, a trip to the cinema or museum, help finding a student job, proofreading a CV... and so many other possibilities! A wonderful human adventure awaits you ✨
