APF France handicap - Délégation 16

Present at the heart of the department, APF France handicap Charente is the local branch of a national movement, working as closely as possible to the realities on the ground for people with disabilities and their families. Our local action in the department: - A dynamic associative life: We regularly organize events, workshops and leisure activities to break isolation and create social connections. - Changing perspectives locally: We participate in events to raise awareness and evolve mindsets about types of disabilities. - A direct link with local institutions: We maintain a sustained presence with the MDPH 16 and local stakeholders to defend rights and facilitate administrative procedures. - Tailored support in Charente: Through our services such as the SAVS (Social Life Support Service) based in Angoulême, where we offer innovative solutions for daily independence. The APF France handicap departmental delegation is open to all (people concerned, caregivers, volunteers and supporters), who together embody the values of solidarity and respect to build, here and now, genuine living together.
