An existing program since 2015, the gendarmerie cadets train around twenty young people aged 16 to 17 in the fundamentals of military discipline, citizenship, civic responsibility, and historical memory, while discovering the various professions within the gendarmerie, in order to enable each participant to make informed career choices and gain a better understanding of the Gendarmerie.
