The departmental office represents the National Youth Association at the scale of the 37 department. Its purpose is to promote young people's understanding, appropriation, and practice of civic and democratic life through educational, pedagogical, and innovative actions, carried out in strict political and partisan neutrality. Its fundamental objective is to create a bridge between young people and institutions in order to restore confidence and encourage full, responsible, and informed participation of young people in national life. To this end, the association's missions notably include: ● explaining in a neutral, accessible, and rigorous manner the functioning of institutions, laws, public actors, and the French democratic system; ● enabling young people to understand public affairs through practice, experimentation, and concrete engagement rather than through theory alone; ● developing critical thinking, civic knowledge, and analytical capacity in young people, enabling them to find their way, debate, and participate in an informed and responsible manner in public life; ● proposing pedagogical formats, simulations, debate spaces, civic training, educational content, and…
