AIDES Champagne-Ardenne

1 mission available

AIDES operates throughout the country working with people living with HIV and the most vulnerable populations at risk of HIV and hepatitis: men who have sex with men, incarcerated persons, drug users, transgender people, women, migrants, and sex workers. Our activities take place both in the community and in our facilities. Founded in 1984, AIDES is the leading organization fighting AIDS and hepatitis in France and Europe. It is recognized as being in the public interest and certified as "trustworthy giving" by the Charter Committee. For nearly 40 years, AIDES has worked with and for the most vulnerable populations affected by HIV/AIDS and hepatitis to reduce new infections and support affected individuals in accessing care and defending their rights. More broadly, the organization plays a major role in improving how patients are taken into account within France's healthcare system, advancing the rights of vulnerable people, and combating discrimination. AIDES' principles: respect, independence, confidentiality, and non-judgment.
