The Departmental Housing Information Agency of Tarn-et-Garonne (ADIL 82) is an association, accredited by the Ministry responsible for Housing, with a departmental scope, and bringing together all real estate stakeholders in our department. Its mission and operating conditions are defined by the Construction and Housing Code (art.L.366-1). Since 1976, the State, local authorities, Action logement, the Family Allowances Fund, real estate professionals, social housing organizations, and user organizations have sought to provide a free public service available to all for information and advice in all areas of housing and residential matters. Its rootedness in the territory guarantees proximity to local issues, and its affiliation with the national ANIL/ADIL network preserves its neutrality and professionalism.
