Afev, a national association founded in March 1992 in the Île-de-France region, established itself in Albi as early as 1993. Its objective: to make young people a key player in the fight against inequalities, to create connections and solidarity. Already present in the Tarn department, the Albi branch then made the University its primary partner. It was indeed with the National University Institute of Champollion (INUC) in Albi that an original collaboration was established at the time, which has continued to strengthen ever since and now extends as far as Castres.
