ACOPAJE (ASSOCIATION POUR LA COORDINATION DE L'ORIENTATION, DU PARCOURS DES JEUNES DES DOM)

To address the challenges of career guidance and sustainable integration of young people, ACOPAJE is a Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) association that was created in 2023 and developed in 2024. Through a collaboration with the association "Crée Ton Avenir," we offer educational programs centered on learning by choice and discovering the professional world. ACOPAJE means: - A commitment to serve career guidance and the construction of young people's career paths through initiatives and actions designed to clarify their choices and decisions. - Cooperation and the integration of a youth council into the steering committee, which participates from the diagnostic phase through design, action planning, implementation, and evaluation of solutions and projects. - To RAISE AWARENESS, INSPIRE, and VALORIZE young people's engagement so they can respond through their projects and actions to the demands and challenges of a rapidly changing society that is more just and sustainable.
