ACERMA is a cultural space serving the public interest. It is a non-profit association recognized as being in the public interest. At its founding in 1987 by addiction specialists, ACERMA set itself the objective of enabling stabilized patients with addictive disorders to rebuild social connection through creative and cultural activities, as a complement to their medical care. ACERMA aims to provide a space where engaging in artistic activities allows individuals to restore self-esteem, rebuild neurocognitive capacities, rebuild social bonds, and become active participants in their own lives: an essential prerequisite for any social and professional integration or, where still possible, for maintaining it. At the intersection of healthcare, social integration, and civic participation, ACERMA serves patients with addictive disorders in the process of stabilization, their loved ones, all individuals referred by health and social services, as well as neighborhood residents. ACERMA is a place of exchange where everyone is welcome, with or without addictive disorders, in a spirit of inclusion and diversity. ACERMA also carries out programs dedicated to young people: the "You, Me & Co"…
