Acces-Reagis carries out a mission of employment integration through economic activity across various sectors. To this end, we welcome employees in transition programs. These individuals are supported and supervised by professionals. In order to avoid creating difficulties in supporting employees, we ask volunteers not to intervene in their progression and not to interfere with their support. Since 1988, the association has conducted numerous employment support and in-employment actions on the Saint-Nazaire employment basin territory by primarily relying on socially useful activities. Accès-Réagis provides those it employs with a welcome, a socioprofessional pathway based on work experience, training in a production setting as well as personalized and/or collective support tailored to their needs.
