The ABAJAD association helps people facing employment integration difficulties, particularly migrants for whom language barriers present an additional obstacle, as well as homeless individuals, people with disabilities, and others in finding jobs in sectors facing labor shortages (construction, hospitality, personal care services). It does this through targeted French language training programs and workshops covering job interviews and mobility. It is the language-based employability accelerator.
