A'V Refuge is an association established under the 1901 law. It is located in Réunion and its mission is to protect and assist nature as a whole on this territory. Founded by animal lovers, the association is managed by a team of passionate and dedicated people who work every day to provide the refuge's animals and plants with all the care and attention they need. Our refuge is a safe and warm place where animals can rest, recover, and receive care when needed. We are committed to providing temporary shelter to all animals in need, while working toward their rehabilitation and socialization to give them a chance to find a loving home or safely return to the wild. Our association also strives to raise public awareness about issues related to animal protection and ecosystems. We organize sterilization campaigns, educational and awareness events to help people better understand the needs of animals and nature and to take action on their behalf.
