ASCAPE is a non-profit association recognized as serving the public interest. It was created in 1990 by senior managers and recent graduates seeking employment. ASCAPE volunteers are active or retired senior managers who support job seekers, members of the association, in their search through peer motivation in groups that meet in person each week. Compassion, sharing, listening, and high standards are the key principles of ASCAPE.
