Every year, 60,000 businesses are liquidated. This is generally a financial, professional, and personal trauma for the entrepreneur involved, and they struggle to share their situation with those around them. Among these leaders are numerous talents and essential expertise for French entrepreneurship and the vitality of our economy. Created in 2012 based on this observation, 60,000 Rebounds, now chaired by Philippe Fourquet, has developed a 2-year support program that relies on the voluntary involvement of certified professional coaches, sponsors (senior executives or business owners), and industry experts (lawyers, accountants, etc.). The association also aims to help shift how failure is perceived. The 60,000 Rebounds methodology combines group dynamics based on co-development with dual in-depth individual support (coaching and mentoring). Industry experts intervene as needed with entrepreneurs in transition based on the specific needs they may express during their rebound journey.
