Arts et Développement, established over 30 years ago in Marseille, runs street painting workshops in northern France. Led by artists, facilitators, trainees, and volunteers across Roubaix, Mons-en-Baroeul, Liévin, and Villeneuve d'Ascq. Our goal is to make artistic and cultural practices accessible to all and help children develop creativity through free, regular artistic practice.
